I put on 20 kgs when I was 21 and I spent the next 25 years and over $100,000 trying to get it back off. Sometimes I did, sometimes I didn’t. I did all these crazy diets and pills and I did all the right things too, but it never stayed off.

 

I just wanted to lose the weight and keep it off.

 

I got jack of all the diets and programs; it wasn’t about what I ate, it was about

why I ate it and why I ate it was about who I was.

My food choices were part of me, they were about who I was, and who I was was how I was living my life. 

Living in the same emotional states day in day out, thinking all the same thoughts over and over, telling the same stories, reacting the same way to the same things and feeling the same as I had felt for as long as I could remember: disempowered

 

I took all the information I’d accumulated over 25 years and restructured it and ran it my way!  

And I not only lost the 20kg without effort or restriction, but I’ve kept it off for 12 years. 

I’m 57 now and in the prime of my life, mentally,

emotionally and physically.

 

I’m not winding down and thinking about retirement, I’m winding up, looking ahead at what I can build and experience for the next 40+ years.

 

We only get one life; let’s give ourselves the gift of great health and the joy of freedom from weight, and live it!

"I contacted Katie in a terrible state, depressed and not liking myself very much. I wanted to lose weight as I thought that was the answer to my problem. I had struggled with my weight for as long as I could remember, yo-yoing up and down on the scales and with the fluctuating weight came my fluctuating mood.
